MATHCOUNTS
MATHCOUNTS is a club for students who love math and enjoy competing with other middle school students. We attend three district competitions and one regional competition where we get to compete with students in surrounding school districts while applying our math skills. MATHCOUNTS is the middle school version of Math Wings and is offered to students in grades six, seven and eight. Please contact the sponsor if interested!

Science Olympiad
The Science Olympiad team is part of the national Science Olympiad program. Teams from middle and high schools around the nation compete in various events at the local level, then qualify to compete in district, state and national events. At Indian Trail, students meet after school, but they must also work on projects and events on their own time at home to be prepared for Saturday competitions. Students apply in the spring to be on the following year's team, which is composed of sixth, seventh and eighth graders.
